Refund policy

KREATE accepts returns if the item meets all of the following conditions:

• The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the order
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• All original tags are attached
• Returned in the original packaging

To request a return, contact support@kreatecph.com and include your order number.

KREATE does not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return parcel until it has been received by us.

Returned items must meet all conditions above to be eligible for a refund.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, contact support@kreatecph.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
