Shipping policy

Orders within Denmark are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Orders to countries within the European Union are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.

Orders to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You may also receive an SMS or email from the shipping provider when your parcel is ready for pickup or delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays from the shipping provider or customs.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
