2. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order is subject to product availability and acceptance by KREATE.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Products being unavailable
- Technical errors
- Orders appearing to be placed for unauthorised resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include 25% Danish VAT where applicable.
Shipping charges, customs duties and other applicable fees are shown or described before the order is completed.
Payment is charged when permitted by the selected payment provider and applicable law. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Products
We make every effort to display product colours, measurements and details accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen and device.
Measurements may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.
5. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the shipping provider, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, failure to collect a parcel or refusal of delivery may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
International orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to applicable law and any legal exceptions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or otherwise agreed.
Returned products must be handled responsibly. The customer may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and fit.

7. Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at support@kreatecph.com as soon as possible and include your order number and relevant photos.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
8. Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, copy content without permission or use the website for unlawful purposes.
All website content, including designs, logos, photographs, graphics and text, belongs to KREATE or its licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, KREATE is not responsible for indirect losses, interruptions caused by third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when required due to changes in our business, services or applicable law. The latest version will be available on our website.
The Terms applying to an order are normally those published when the order was placed.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protection rights in the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
